Its new home is a Civil War-era limestone building, located just blocks from the Alamo, that had been abandoned since Hoover was in the White House. "We could have gotten less expensive rent and overhead somewhere else," says co-founder and CEO Frank Guerra, "but we wanted to see downtown redeveloped."
