Biggest change: "I've done business on verbal agreements and handshakes. I think the biggest thing that has happened to business is the lack of a man's word being his bond, and the deference to attorneys to get people out of things they agreed to do."

What's next: "I think business someday has to wake up, and on a one by one basis, be responsible to their use of natural assets. With the increasing numbers of people, it's a world issue. I think business will be impacted by the limiting assets for energy and water."
