The Morristown, N.J., native is the president and CEO of Forbes publishing company and editor-in-chief of its business magazine Forbes, which his grandfather launched in 1917. Like his father, a state senator and the magazine's previous editor-in-chief, Forbes also held political aspirations, running unsuccessful campaigns for the Republican presidential nomination in both 1996 and 2000.
