Cities That Pay the Most

The Bureau of Labor Statistics recently released data on average salaries and wages across industries and metropolitan areas. These are the cities that pay their residents the most -- where you're more likely to make more money doing the same job. (Of course, keep in mind, those cities may also have a higher cost of living) Within each city, certain industries stand out as being particularly lucrative, and we have highlighted those as well. All percentages are relative to the national average; for example, Seattle's +7% means that Seattle residents make 7% more than the average national salary.
