Planning to do some e-reading by the pool this Fourth of July weekend? The Guardian, a new waterproof Kindle case from M-Edge, can keep your e-reader dry in up to 1 meter of water. The case is made of molded plastic and has sealed cut-outs for access to navigational controls. It also has buoyancy chambers that allow it to float and anti-reflective film for reading in sunny environments. One caveat for air travelers: A rapid change in air pressure may damage the Guardian if it is sealed, so be sure to unlatch the case before getting on a plane. Available in black, red or blue.
