My name is Steve Bohannon an I am the founder of Feed Your Mind LLC. I started the company a little over two years ago and it is developing into a very viable business.

The company, Feed Your Mind, LLC continues to gain some nice traction with key customers while our pipeline of new leads is filling up weekly.

Feed Your Mind, LLC (Registered TM for Class 9) is a unique retail vending solution focused on providing consumers with a healthy, nutritious and entertaining alternative to traditional vending offerings. We offer a variety of products that educate and entertain for all ages and our product mix includes crossword puzzles, games, new and used books, playing cards, maps and more. Additionally, we offer a variety of healthy and nutritious tasty snacks. Machines are placed in strategic locations with particular emphasis on those locations where consumers experience wait times at medical offices, clinics, hospitals, airports, bus and ferry terminals, train stations, courthouses and auto repair shops.

In addition to our Class 9 TM Registration we have been approved for downloadable books and music under Class 35 TM Registration. We also have several additional TM classes pending, all of which are likely to be approved shortly.

We are at a tipping point and are seeking an financial help of some kind to push our over the top investor to push us over the top. We are in the process of forming a limited partnership with a large local vending company that is very interested in going national. We also have a partnership with the Michael J Fox Foundation. We have a strong Board of Directors, an experienced CEO, VP of Marketing and a CFO, and an outstanding corporate law attorney. We have on our leadership team, three former Coinstar executives that helped launch and grow Coinstar to the successful company it is today.

We are projecting revenues of more than $69MM and 10,000 units nationwide by 2013. The country will divided into regions supported by proven managers possessing strong operations and customer service experience. The right investment could help expedite our growth and as such accelerate and exceed revenue projections.
