Intuit Adds Canadian Dates to Quickbooks Tour

 

Due to popular demand, Intuit (NASDAQ:INTU) has extended its QuickBooks 2008 Discovery Conference tour of Canada, which runs through early December. The company has also increased the number of onsite staff and upgraded venues for some of the remaining conference dates.

The QuickBooks 2008 Discovery Conference is a one-day, intensive seminar designed to give bookkeepers, accountants and ProAdvisors a preview of the new small business accounting software's features and functionalities. Upgrades to the software include a new home page, improved configuration, more flexible sales tax support, and a new SQL database that delivers better performance and productivity.

The company has also announced the QuickBooks EasyStart Free Starter Edition to help accountants develop new business relationships without having to charge customers for an initial software investment.
