PC Universe Launches Online Tech Service

PC Universe has introduced a new Web-based technical services and solutions platform targeted at small and midsize businesses.

PCU Tech Services will be available initially in six major markets and eventually nationwide. Features include Web-based installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, servers, printers, data backup, and storage, and wireless networks; a needs-based analysis wizard to help customers create customized solutions for themselves; and a Service Advisor to manage the dispatching of a technician to assist in installation.

The initial launch is slated for Florida, Nevada, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, California, and Tennessee.
