National Health, TotalHR Offer Discount Programs
Discount healthcare membership programs provider National Health Partners has teamed up with Rochester, Mich.-based employee leasing and employment services company TotalHR to offer small and midsize businesses National Health's discount membership programs.
CARExpress is not insurance, but rather a suite of membership programs that provide uninsured and underinsured individuals with access to a network of healthcare providers that have agreed to offer their services as well as predetermined discounts.
"More than 40 percent of small businesses do not offer employer-sponsored health coverage, and premiums for employer-sponsored health coverage are expected to increase from $7,000 per year in 2001 to $17,000 per year in 2011," David M.
