Office Depot Expands Printing for Small Business
Office Depot (NYSE:ODP) has expanded its color printing services with its newly upgraded fleet of Xerox color copiers, available at Office Depot retail locations nationwide. The company's Power of Color initiative is an extension of its Xerox Certified Print Specialist program, launched earlier this year.
The new production-grade printers can produce images of up to 2400 dpi. Office Depot also offers small businesses expert advice and a full range of enhanced digital color solutions, including large-format printing and a design service. Custom products available include business cards, letterhead, checks and forms, nameplates and badges, calendars, greetings cards and a series of promotional materials.
"The proper use of color is very important in order to stand out in today's business world," Randy Pianin, senior vice-president of Office Depot's Design, Print and Ship Depot, said in a statement. "By incorporating color elements into a business proposal or presentation, a company will have a much better chance of grabbing the audience's attention and closing the deal."
