VeriFone Launches Hosted E-payment Management Services

 

VeriFone Holdings (NYSE:PAY) has introduced merchant hosted services for managing electronic payments, beginning in Mexico. VeriFone teamed up with Tienda-kit, a Mexican third-party acquirer and merchant services provider, to launch VeriFone Access.

VeriFone Access offers a hosted managed service platform based on a combination of a proprietary transaction handling technology and VeriFone's PAYware software products. Accessible to small and midsize merchants over broadband and wireless connections, it provides an array of customer preferences for credit and debit card-based purchases and collections, including monthly installment payments, utilities payments, and loyalty programs.
