SAP, Nakisa to Deliver Talent Visualization

 

SAP AG (NYSE:SAP) has teamed up with online talent management solutions provider Naskisa to deliver integrated organizational and talent management visualization capabilities powered by Nakisa within the SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) application. SAP has also announced a global reseller agreement allowing it to resell Nakisa’s visual workforce management solutions, and SAP NetWeaver Fund investment in Nakisa to support scaling to meet the increased demand for product and support.

Available immediately under the name SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa, the new application adds succession planning and organizational management capabilities to SAP ERP HCM. Using real-time connectivity through pre-delivered integration, it allows companies to view, update and analyze their talent inventory based on one organizational structure maintained in SAP ERP and accessed through Nakisa.

"Together, SAP and Nakisa will deliver a comprehensive succession planning package to SAP customers in all segments," Babak Varjavandi, CEO of Nakisa, said in a statement. "Nakisa has a long-term relationship with SAP that has resulted in a solution that can seamlessly interoperate with SAP ERP HCM. Now customers will be able to license a comprehensive, fully integrated talent management software solution from a single source: SAP."
