US National Telecom to Target SMBs

US National Telecom has announced its intention to purchase Florida-based PBX VoIP services provider VoiceLogix. The proposed acquisition will help extend the company's reach into the small and midsize business market and to strengthen its relationship with resellers.

USNT has plans to expand its reseller program, VARStar, over the next six months. Once the acquisition is complete, VARStar partners would be able to deploy VoiceLogix VoIP services to most models of PBX systems and VoIP devices.

USNT envisions growing its position as a wholesale carrier solutions provider, especially as the trend of small business interest in VoIP-powered PBX telephone systems continues.
