Jamcracker, Telus to Deliver SaaS Telecom

 

On-demand services company Jamcracker has teamed up with TELUS to offer a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery infrastructure for communications service providers. TELUS Future Suite provides telecom, cable and Internet service providers with an easy-to-deploy, cost-effective solution for bundling, reselling, and supporting dozens of new on-demand applications for business customers.

TELUS Future Suite offers on-demand IT and business application services backed by a customer support call center that can be sold individually or as a bundle. These include Microsoft Exchange, BlackBerry and Motorola wireless e-mail services, Microsoft SharePoint collaboration services, Webex Conferencing, McAfee Total Protection for Small Businesses, Arsenal Digital online data backup services, Kaseya remote desktop patch management, Positive Networks virtual private networks, and St. Bernard iPrism URL, IM, and spam filtering.
