Commerce Planet to Acquire Value Direct

The deal will extend the company's reach into the real estate and used car markets.

 

Commerce Planet (OTC:CPNE) has announced plans to acquire Value Direct, a direct-to-consumer services company that markets product and pricing information in the real estate housing and pre-owned automobile markets. The acquisition will extend Commerce Planet's reach into these sectors.

"We are pleased to have executed this agreement for acquisition as we move to continue diversifying the online offerings of Commerce Planet," Tony Roth, the company's CEO, said in a statement.

Commerce Planet provides online media, marketing, and fully integrated e-commerce services, including lead generation, list database management, call center support and CRM tools to its client partners, and through its own direct selling businesses.
