Small-business customers can choose router covers from over 3,000 designs.
D-Link has teamed up with Skinit to offer personalized electronic device skins for its home and small office networking routers.
Customers can now customize their routers with some 3,000 designs, including corporate logos, as well as the ability to import an image using the Skinit custom design tool. The skins are high quality vinyl covers specifically designed to fit a broad variety of electronic devices. Initially, the skins will be available for the D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router, DIR-625 RangeBooster N Router, and DI-624 802.11g Wireless Router, among others.
"Routers have become ubiquitous in both the home and the workplace, so we believe our customers will embrace the unique form of personalization that Skinit products offer," Daniel Kelley, director of marketing at D-Link, said in a statement.
