Ricoh Selects MFP Development Partner

Sage Software will be the company's exclusive Endorsed Development Partner.

 

Ricoh Americas has announced that Sage Software's Business Management Division (BMD) will be the company's exclusive Endorsed Development Partner for multifunction office products (MFPs). As part of the deal, Ricoh's MFPs will be marketed across Sage Software's broad customer base of small and midsize companies and business partner community.

The industry trend is to integrate MFPs into the business network to improve document- centric business processes. Many of these processes are driven by line-of-business workflow managed through applications such as Sage Software's ERP and CRM solutions.

"With Ricoh as an Endorsed Development Partner for Sage Software's Business Management Division, we are looking forward to incorporating office products with our software offerings, and in turn providing a more robust solution set to our customers and business partners," Alan Bryant, Sage Software vice president ISV programs and developer relations, said in a statement.
