Maxima to Distribute VoIP for SMBs

The company will also offer Microsoft-based unified communications applications.

 

AltiGen Communications (NASDAQ:ATGN) has entered into a distribution agreement with Toronto-based Maxima Consulting to market AltiGen's Certified Reseller Program to resellers across Canada. AltiGen delivers VoIP business phone systems and Microsoft-based unified communications solutions to small and midsize businesses. Maxima will provide sales and marketing support to resellers offering AltiGen's scalable, integrated all-in-one VoIP solutions.

"Our partnership with Maxima Consulting is designed to broaden our sales reach and increase our international presence," AltiGen president and COO Jeremiah Fleming, said in a statement. "Maxima Consulting employs a technically knowledgeable sales and marketing team who will help us identify and target resellers and promote AltiGen's value proposition in the Canadian market. We are very excited about our relationship and believe it will begin to contribute to lead generation and revenue growth in 2008."
