Online engagement solutions provider LivePerson (NASDAQ:LPSN) has seamlessly integrated its live chat technology with the Google's (NASDAQ:GOOG) Google Analytics reporting platform, enabling small and midsize businesses to accurately measure the impact of the chat channel on sales and conversion rates.
Now included in all LivePerson products for small and midsize businesses, the new feature allows customers to identify which keywords and marketing campaigns drive visitors to chat. It also helps track the impact of these interactions on conversion rates, and develops a profile of visitors who interact via chat and subsequently make online purchases.
