Qwest Communications International (NYSE:Q) has introduced enhancements to its Contact Center Solutions. The solution will now come equipped with Qwest Notify, an automated outbound interactive voice response service that gives business customers a fast and scalable customer notification feature.
Qwest Notify provides automated notifications on such events as payment or appointment reminders and orders shipped or ready for pick up. It offers template applications for a speed-to-market solution using efficient pre-defined scripting for quick deployment; and custom applications, which are typically integrated within existing databases and practical for businesses that rely on SMS, e-mail or faxing to keep in touch with their customers.
