B2BGateway Launches Client Portal
The new portal allows NetSuite users to initiate new trading partner relationships.
B2BGateway, a product of Shannon Systems and integration solution partner of on-demand business management software provider NetSuite (NYSE:N), has introduced the B2BGateway client portal. The new portal allows NetSuite users to initiate new trading partner relationships, review data transmitted, schedule transaction imports and exports, and cross reference data.
In the past, input and output data was preconfigured. NetSuite users now have more control over the input or extraction of data. The client portal allows them to modify data prior to import, review statistical processing data, and review transactions.
"The B2BGateway client portal truly empowers the NetSuite user," Steven Kohler, director of infrastructure development at B2BGateway, said in a statement. "We have also added a request-support feature and an alerts feature to provide the end user with more visibility. End-user reviews have stated that the client portal helps to keep the user better connected and offers them more control."
