New Tool for Grading Employers
Not happy with your boss? An application let's workers post anonymous grades and comments.
A Texas-based online recruiting firm this week unveiled an application that allows workers to evaluate their employer without a formal workplace review or survey.
The tool, which was created by LeafsofTalent.com and is downloaded to a company's secure network, divides employer performance into 10 categories, ranging from the general perception of management among staff to the company's public image from an employee's perspective.
The feedback can then be used to integrate staff input into the company.
Beyond assigning grades, workers can add additional comments on specific issues. Since the grades and comments are anonymous, the company acknowledges that some employees may take advantage of the service to post angry messages, rather than constructive criticism.
