Ingram Micro (NYSE:IM) has introduced three new additions to its Seismic Virtual Services Warehouse. These on-demand services include Seismic Remote Support, Seismic Threat Manager, and Seismic Log Manager.
Remote support allows solution providers and managed service providers to deliver on-demand support to remote PCs for faster, more efficient incident resolution. Threat Manager combines the power of intrusion protection and vulnerability management technology into a single integrated solution. Log Manager is an intelligent on-demand service for better compliance with policies and regulations that mandate log data be collected, regularly reviewed, and securely archived.
"Being able to easily troubleshoot and deliver real-time, affordable remote technical support, as well as on-demand compliance and security solutions, are services that channel partners can no longer do without," Justin Crotty, vice president of Ingram Micro's North American services division, said in a statement.
