Vertical Communications has unveiled a new converged IP telephony system for small businesses with one or more locations. The Vertical SBX IP 320 scales up to 32 users per system and can network up to 72 sites. Developed in collaboration with LG-Nortel, it supports both traditional and IP phones, as well as WiFi phones for mobile users.
The new phones feature integrated voicemail and auto attendant, uniform call distribution for automatic call routing, one-touch call recording and SIP trunking. They come equipped with Nomad IP and soft phones for mobile workers, as well as ezPhone Desktop Call Manager, 15-party conferencing and pre-configured settings for quick setup.
