NetOp Tech, a fully owned subsidiary of Danish IT company, Danware, has unveiled the latest version of its business instructional software. NetOp Instruct 5.5 provides businesses with a user-friendly teaching tool for employees and a way to share information internally.
The new plug-and-play software allows businesses to teach new processes and procedures to employees at their computers in an interactive setting. For instance, employees can be introduced to new internal IT systems while communicating with instructors via sounds, images and video. Instructors are able to demonstrate to a group or help individual employees.
"One group can monitor the development of a project, while another group may be working on the job," Tonya Hottmann, head of marketing for the Americas for NetOp Tech, said in a statement. "This is especially relevant for project-oriented businesses in which several different departments are working together."
