ClickSoftware Technologies (NASDAQ:CKSW) has introduced a new feature-rich, easy-to-deploy, cost-effective field service optimization solution for midsize service organizations via its new channel partner program.
The ClickSoftware Channel Partner Program will exclusively market ClickSoftware for Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services (ClickIMRS) software, which offers incorporating schedule optimization, mobility, reporting and a work order management module to help midsize companies improve customer service.
ClickIMRS integrates with the Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions to help businesses better respond to customer requests and connect in real time with their mobile workforce.
