SCORE, a Washington-based small-business resource group, is launching a new section on its Web site for manufacturers.
The site seeks to help small-business professionals involved with transportation equipment, computers, electronics, chemicals and machinery, and will feature links trade groups that can provide additional guidance for manufacturers. It will also offer statistics and analysis on the industry, along with free online counseling.
InfoStreet Inc., the creators of Street Smart, has updated its Customer Relationship Management application this week.
Street Smart's CRM offers small businesses anytime, anywhere access to business data, and can be fully customized to suite company needs. For about $10 per user, managers, sales groups and other employees can share data and record key metrics.
