The deal enables Simplexity to offer wireless and wireline services in a single transaction.
Simplexity and AT&T (NYSE:T) have expanded their relationship to include a distribution agreement whereby Simplexity will market AT&T's DSL services through its Home Connectivity Services division and partner network.
This partnership allows Simplexity to sell wireless and wireline services to consumer and small business customers in a single shopping and sales transaction. The company's Home Connectivity Services division is expanding to increase its offerings to customers with alternative and complementary services.
"Together, Simplexity and AT&T can focus on growing sales throughout our partner base and marketing channels to drive additional sales of complementary services our customers and clients are demanding," Andy Zeinfeld, Simplexity's CEO, said in a statement. "This agreement will allow Simplexity to strengthen its position in providing customers great deals on service offerings for their small business or home connectivity needs."
