Apple to Sell Kerio Messaging Solution
MailServer synchronizes e-mail, contacts and calendars.
Internet security and messaging software provider, Kerio Technologies, has announced that its MailServer 6.5 is now available for purchase on Apple's (NASDAQ:AAPL) U.S. online store. Kerio MailServer 6.5 is a secure messaging and groupware solution tailored to small and midsize businesses.
MailServer synchronizes e-mail, contacts and calendars between the server and computer for both Mac and Windows. It translates proprietary and open calendar standard communication for multiple scheduling solutions, including Microsoft Outlook, Entourage, and Apple iCal. iPhone users can sync calendar and contacts with Microsoft Outlook on Windows, and Apple Address Book and iCal on Mac OS X.
"Many of Apple's small business customers are ready to include e-mail collaboration among the technology solutions that help them increase productivity," James Gudeli, vice president of business development at Kerio Technologies, said in a statement.
