Cisco Deliver NICE Systems VoIP Recording
The system is designed for business branches and small contact centers.
NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE) enterprise branch VoIP recording system is now available on the Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) Application eXtension Platform (AXP). The new solution designed for business branches and small contact centers ensures compliance with regulations, improves dispute management, and enhances the customer experience.
The highly scalable NICE system allows companies to locally record customer interactions at up to thousands of branches due high level of reliability provided by the Cisco AXP. The Cisco AXP precludes the cost of installing, managing, and maintaining multiple remote servers. And, as it is not reliant on network connectivity, recording continues even during network downtime.
"Cisco's collaboration with NICE delivers new levels of scale, high security, and deployability for distributed VoIP recording," Dave Frampton, vice president of marketing for Cisco's access routing technology group, said in a statement.
