CyberSource to Release New Merchant Product
The new interface allows resellers to better manage merchant data.
CyberSource (NASDAQ:CYBS) has introduced the upcoming Merchant Boarding Application Programming Interface (API) powered by its Authorize.Net small business solution. The new interface allows resellers to better manage merchant data.
Available in May, the Merchant Boarding API facilitates the enrollment of merchants onto the Authorize.Net system. It automatically passes the data from the reseller's merchant system to Authorize.Net, eliminating redundant information, so that resellers don't have to manually enter new merchant data.
"This is just another way that resellers can leverage Authorize.Net to become more efficient," Roy Banks, Authorize.Net president, said in a statement. "Our goal is to continue to develop innovative solutions like the Merchant Boarding API that simplify processes and allow our resellers to do what they do best — sell to and service their merchants."
