AT&T Offers Wireless Service for Small Business
BusinessTalk allows companies to share Anytime Minutes among 40 employees.
AT&T (NYSE:T) has unveiled a new wireless service based on its FamilyTalk plans that is tailored to small businesses. BusinessTalk allows companies to share monthly Anytime Minutes among up to 40 employees.
The new plans start at $60 per month for five users and 700 Anytime Minutes and go up to 40 users and 20,000 Anytime Minutes. Unlimited Mobile to Mobile or Push To Talk features are also available. In addition, the AT&T Exclusively Business small business program, which launched last year, waives activation fees for new lines and offers an eight percent discount on monthly service charges for the primary line on a new BusinessTalk plan.
"Smaller companies are inherently mobile and rely heavily on wireless technologies to stay connected to their customers and run their businesses," Kent Mathy, president of Small Business AT&T's wireless unit, said in a statement. "Our BusinessTalk offer will help these businesses be more productive in serving their customers."
