The SimplyCARE Elite Support plan offers priority phone access for small businesses.
Sage Software, part of the Sage Group, has expanded its network of support and training options for its Simply Accounting small business customers. The new SimplyCARE Elite Support plan offers direct priority phone access to senior support analysts, data repair and support for Microsoft Excel.
In addition, the new support plan will offer discounts on training, access to advanced webcasts, and one data repair incident, which provides extra protection in case of data corruption or conversion.
"We have worked hard to strengthen our contact centre to better support the needs of small businesses, and with the introduction of our new SimplyCARE Elite Support plan we are offering our customers one of the best support packages in our market," Jamie Sutherland, strategic marketing director of Simply Accounting, said in a statement.
