CIBER Introduces Retail Solution

Rapid Retail Ready-to-Run offers retailers software, hosting and support.

 

CIBER (NYSE:CBR) has unveiled a new solution to help mid-market retailers address their business systems challenges. Rapid Retail Ready-to-Run is a packaged implementation solution that provides retailers with software, implementation, hosting and support.

Combining SAP's (NYSE:SAP) SAP for Retail portfolio of end-to-end solutions for the retail industry and CIBER's Rapid Retail solution, a preconfigured set of core retail processes based on best practices, the new solution enables retailers to reduce the time, cost, and risk of an implementation project.

"Retail is a key industry for both SAP and CIBER," Dave Siebert, senior vice president of CIBER's SAP practice, said in a statement. "We continually look for ways to provide incremental value to SAP's strong retail offering."
