Regus to Boost Client Services
The Regus Group has teamed up with on-demand presentations company, Brainshark, to offer Regus' employees in more than 950 locations worldwide uniform business communication, which will, in turn, improve the overall client experience.
With employees spread around the world, Regus faces training challenges. Brainshark's on-demand offering allows Regus to deliver high quality business communications to its employees that they can access remotely anywhere at any time.
"No matter where our customers conduct business, they require a consistent client experience with us each and every time," Jesse Mendez, director of training and development at Regus, said in a statement. "As a result, training and message consistency have become critical components to our overall success."
