Autotask Targets Microsoft SBSC
The new edition is preloaded with workflow rules and project templates.
Web-based business management software provider Autotask has announced a new offering specifically targeting Microsoft's (NASDAQ:MSFT) Small Business Specialist Community (SBSC). The new Autotask SMB Edition comes with a free database template designed for small and midsize business IT service providers, and free enrollment in the Autotask referral agent program.
The new edition is preloaded with workflow rules, project templates, service ticket templates, intelligent hyperlinks and sample agreements to help facilitate deployment. The special edition template was developed by SBSC Autotask users with the goal of giving new partners a head start.
"Some of our customers do not have formalized processes or procedures that are well-documented, so they are starting at ground zero when it comes to configuring the software," Adam Stewart, vice president of Autotask Client Services, said in a statement.
