Cision Unveils Business Communications Platform

CisionPoint Small Business is designed to help companies manage PR.

 

Cision US has released three new editions of its CisionPoint integrated software platform for business communications management. CisionPoint Small Business is an on-demand media research, distribution, monitoring, and analysis solution tailored to smaller companies.

CisionPoint Small Business allows companies to manage their entire PR operations on a single on-demand platform, including the planning, execution and monitoring of media campaigns. The company's Bacon's North American Media Database provides contact information on thousands of editors and analysts, premium blog profiles, editorial calendars, journalist audio profiles and photos, and outlet-specific coverage. The platform also features fax and e-mail distribution options, print and online media monitoring, and tools to create coverage reports.

"Our hardcopy Bacon's media guides have always been a staple of small businesses, while our electronic media database and communications management services have been used by large enterprises," Joe Bernardo, president and CEO of Cision North America, said in a statement.
