Sage Software, a division of the Sage Group, has introduced its new Peachtree Online Community, a resource that allows small-business customers to connect with each other for advice, best practices and peer support. Sage Software executives and Peachtree product teams will participate in discussions and post blog entries on topics such as small business market trends to help customers better understand new technologies.
The new online community includes blogs on key topics, product-related FAQ boards, and forums for better business management discussions. It offers simple navigation and the ability for customers to grow and shape the content by contributing to the available resources.
"We have created an outlet for our small-business customers to connect and interact with each other, and online peer support is a great way for expanding the network of resources available to our customers," Connie Certusi, general manager of small business accounting solutions at Sage Software, said in a statement.
