AIS to Resell SteelEye Technology

SteelEye provides disaster recovery and business continuity tools.

The Advanced Infrastructure Solutions division of Tech Data (NASDAQ:TECO) has signed an exclusive distributor agreement with SteelEye Technology, offering its value-added reseller network access to SteelEye's data replication software for physical and virtual servers running Windows or Linux operating systems.

SteelEye provides disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, including multi-platform functionality and support for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server. Products include continuity recovery solution LifeKeeper for Windows or Linux; Data Replication for continuous data protection regardless of application or platform through real-time data replication; and Virtual Server Technology, which offers continuous data protection for virtual servers.
