Conference to Discuss Flexibility Programs
Nov. 13, 2006 -- The Women's Bureau of the Department of Labor will host a teleconference on Nov. 16 as part of its Flex-Options for Women program, the agency announced today.
Flex-Options is an initiative to help women business owners develop and implement flexibility programs, which help workplaces improve recruitment, boost moral, and increase retention and productivity, the agency said.
The one-hour teleconference, which begins at 2:00 p.m. EST, will feature women business owners, work-life experts, and representatives from business associations.
