New E-mail-by-Phone Features

 

Nov. 22, 2006 -- Ifbyphone, a Chicago-based text-to-voice service that provides access to  e-mail over the phone, unveiled Wednesday an upgrade that allows users to designate notification times and search for particular e-mail messages by sender, subject, or phrase in the text, the company said.

With the new application, users can also compose, reply to, and delete messages using voice commands.
