Nov. 10, 2006 -- Research and Markets, a Dublin-based market research firm, announced today it will offer an e-learning course on telephone communications fundamentals. 

The thirty-five minute course, designed for customer service or sales personnel, can be streamed online anytime covering topics like what callers want and ways to save telephone time, the company said.
