New Corporate-Class VoIP Service
Dec. 7, 2006 -- 8x8, Santa Clara-based broadband VoIP services firm, has released a new a service plan that allows businesses to implement 8x8's Virtual Office, Virtual Attendant, or FAX services without an up-front investment in Virtual Office phones and terminal adapters, the company said Thursday.
With Packet8Virtual Office PLUS, business subscribers paying an additional monthly fee will also be provided with hardware to use 8x8's full-service telecommunications platform, which includes auto attendants, conference bridges, extension-to-extension dialing, and voicemail, the company said.
