Inc 500 Firm Acquires IT Company

 

Dec. 14, 2006 -- Pepperweed Consulting, an Indianapolis-based consulting firm, has acquired JCube Consulting Services, a Carlsbad, Calif., information-technology firm with 35 employees, the company announced Thursday.

Pepperweed ranked No. 229 on the 2003 Inc. 500 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. At that time, the company posted more than $14 million in revenue and had a three-year growth rate of 749 percent.
