Bridgeline Software Going Public

Dec. 15, 2006 -- Bridgeline Software, a Woburn, Mass., software firm, has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering.

The proposed IPO would list 3 million shares of common stock on the NASDAQ as BLSW and on the Boston Stock Exchange as BLS.
 
Bridgeline ranked No. 262 on the 2006 Inc. 500 list of America's fastest-growing private companies.
