Employee Resource Management Software

 

Dec. 22, 2006 -- NetSuite, a San Mateo, Calif.-based software company, announced Wednesday the release of NetSuite Employee Resource Management (ERM).

The new ERM feature automates and centralizes employee management by letting employees enter expense reports and purchase requests, track time by project, and access HR-related documents, the company said. When used with NetSuite's integrated payroll service, ERM lets employees manage vacation time and W-4s, while letting managers easily approve employee time and expenses, the company said.
