SCORE names New COO

Dec. 29, 2006 -- SCORE, a national small-business advisory group, announced Thursday the appointment of Devin Jopp to the position of chief operating officer at the SCORE Association office in Herndon, Va.

Jopp earned his Doctorate of Education in human resource development from George Washington University's Executive Leadership program and has been chief technology officer at SCORE since August 2005. Prior to his work at SCORE, Jopp served as chief administrative officer with the Utilization Review Accreditation Committee.
