Inc. 500 IT Staffing Firm Acquired

 

Jan. 16, 2007 -- Technology Professionals Corp., an IT staffing firm based in Grand Rapids, Mich., has been acquired by Arrow Strategies, a Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based staffing firm, the companies announced this week.

Steve Lassig, the owner and president of Technology Professionals, welcomed the move, saying the company "needed the resources and expertise that Arrow Strategies brings" in order to reach the next level.

The acquisition will enable Arrow Strategies to expand geographically, while maintaining a strong local presence in Bloomfield Hills, the company said.

Technology Professionals ranked No. 88 on the 2001 Inc. 500 list of the nation's fastest growing private companies.
