Jan. 30, 2007 -- Redvector.com, a Tampa, Fla.-based e-learning software company, has launched a new Professional License Management Service for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries, the company said Monday.

The new service allows users to centralize paperwork, documents, and education records in a single location, enabling them to better manage required professional and business licenses, the company said.
