Inc. 500 Hotel Firm Forms Partnership

 

Feb. 2, 2007 -- Hotel Brokers International, a hospitality real-estate organization based in Kansas City, Mo., has formed a partnership with Vantage Hospitality, the parent company of Americas Best Value Inn and The Lexington Collection, the companies announced Friday.

The new partnership, which  is being called Vantage International Brokers Exchange, will see Vantage Hospitality providing referrals to Hotel Brokers members in return for leads on properties seeking a brand affiliation.

"Combined, we'll have greater knowledge of the markets and access to hotel owners interested in buying and selling," Teague Hunter, the president of Hotel Brokers, said in a company release.

Vantage Hospitality, which is based in Coral Springs, Fla., ranked No. 492 on the 2006 Inc. 500 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.
